Brown, president of Brown & Martin, Inc., a Waukesha-based marketing and public relations firm, has received national attention for his creative use of ventriloquist puppets in the business world and has been the focus of articles in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Nation's Business, and many other trade and consumer publications. In addition, he has appeared on Good Morning America, ABC World News Tonight, CBS This Morning and a variety of other news and talk show programs.  Lecturers and performers at last year's conVENTion included Jeff Dunham and Jay Johnson.

“Dale is viewed by his peers as the leading corporate and convention ventriloquist in the country,” said Mark Wade, chairman of the International Ventriloquists’ Convention. “No one else is doing exactly what he has been able to accomplish in the business environment. “In addition, his banquet programs and one-man variety shows have been in demand across the country for many years. We’re very pleased that he has agreed to share his comedy writing skills with convention attendees.”

For over 20 years Brown’s characters have helped to communicate serious business messages at sales meetings, employee gatherings, new product introductions and other corporate events. Puppets also take part in Brown’s popular inspirational keynote addresses that he presents to convention and business audiences across the country. “It’s rather humbling to be asked to conduct a workshop at a convention that attracts so many of the top professional ventriloquists working today,” Brown said. In addition to his corporate programs, Brown and his puppets have appeared as the opening act for other entertainers and have appeared at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and other major venues throughout the country.
