HNI - Certificates of Insurance - We developed a
Microsoft® certified ISV solutions online application for HNI staff and certificate producers to manage their own certificates of insurance online. They are now able to issue certificates to holders via fax or email directly from the
web application without requiring fax lines or having to print the certificate and mail.
Producers can quickly make changes to limits or holders and even include custom addendums to each certificate and issue the updated certificate right away.

Johnson Controls - Office
Locator - We developed a worldwide office location tool that
provides contact information including the ability to view a map of the location
or link to a website or email that will provide more information about that
specific location. It was also developed to be localized so that if the site is
viewed in a different country, it will be translated into the appropriate
language. It also provides custom map support for Japanese addresses.

Johnson Controls Product Literature – Brown & Martin
programmed this QuickLit application tool to provide Johnson Controls’ clients
with quick and easy access to their product literature. This site is also hosted
on our servers.

Project Tracking Application – This highly used project
tracking application was designed and programmed by B&M. Johnson Controls’ marketing
department frequently uses this application to track the status of their projects.

Dealer Locator - We developed a dealer locator tool
that is able to find a distributor based on zip codes (using
latitude and longitude calculations) and it also bases the search
upon certain products that a dealer may carry. It is very easy for
us to provide a office/dealer locator tool for any company. We have
a universal database that can be used for US/Canada locations that
includes all zip codes and the latitude and longitude coordinates. All
that is needed are addresses for each location and we can provide a
turnkey locator system.
